• Long Weekend (4 nights):

High Season (holidays and school vacations):

• Weekend (2 nights): €470 (Friday to Sunday)

• Long Weekend (4 nights):
  • €600 (Thursday to Monday)

• Midweek (4 nights): €590 (Monday to Friday)

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the stay: €200 fee.
• Cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the stay: €400 fee.

General Information:

• Beds are made up for you.
• Towels are available in the bathrooms.
• We take care of cleaning after your stay.

House Rules:

• No smoking indoors.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Please leave the house broom-clean upon departure.
• The reservation is confirmed only after receiving a deposit (half of the rental price). A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt.
• One month before your stay, the remaining balance and a €200 security deposit must be paid.
• Arrival: between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
• Departure:
  • Friday: by 12 PM
  • Sunday: by 4 PM
